Custom Order Policy

Welcome to alzakhareffurniture! We create furniture exactly as per your choice – size, color, material, and design. Please read our policy carefully before placing a custom order.

Order Confirmation

  • All custom orders require advance payment (30%-50% or full).

  • Once payment is made, production begins according to your approved design.

  • By making payment, the customer acknowledges that the order is custom-made and generally non-refundable.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Order changes or cancellations must be requested before production starts.

  • Once production begins, cancellations are not allowed due to material and labor costs.

  • As per UAE Commercial Law, a cancellation after production has started may incur a 30%-50% cancellation fee.

Delivery

  • Estimated delivery depends on order complexity.

  • Unforeseen delays (supplier, shipping, natural events) are not the company’s responsibility.

  • Please check your furniture at delivery to confirm condition and specifications.

Defects & Returns

  • Custom-made furniture cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Defective items will be repaired or replaced according to UAE Consumer Protection Law.

  • Minor color or texture variations are considered normal and acceptable.

Liability

  • The company is not responsible for damage due to misuse, improper installation, or handling.

  • Customers must ensure accurate measurements and specifications.
