Custom Order Policy
Welcome to alzakhareffurniture! We create furniture exactly as per your choice – size, color, material, and design. Please read our policy carefully before placing a custom order.
Order Confirmation

All custom orders require advance payment (30%-50% or full).

Once payment is made, production begins according to your approved design.

By making payment, the customer acknowledges that the order is custom-made and generally non-refundable.
Changes & Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations must be requested before production starts.

Once production begins, cancellations are not allowed due to material and labor costs.

As per UAE Commercial Law, a cancellation after production has started may incur a 30%-50% cancellation fee.
Delivery

Estimated delivery depends on order complexity.

Unforeseen delays (supplier, shipping, natural events) are not the company’s responsibility.

Please check your furniture at delivery to confirm condition and specifications.
Defects & Returns

Custom-made furniture cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Defective items will be repaired or replaced according to UAE Consumer Protection Law.

Minor color or texture variations are considered normal and acceptable.
Liability

The company is not responsible for damage due to misuse, improper installation, or handling.

Customers must ensure accurate measurements and specifications.
