At ZakhareFurniture.com, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we offer refunds under certain conditions, subject to this Refund Policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:
* The product has a manufacturing defect.
* The product delivered significantly differs from what was described on the website (size, material, color, etc.).
Refunds are not available if:
The item is custom-made / specially manufactured per your request.
* The product has been used, damaged after delivery, or the packaging is opened in such a way that resale is no longer possible.
* The customer changes their mind (unless within a specified cancellation window before production).
Cancellation Before Production
You may cancel a custom order *before production starts* by contacting our customer service.
* If canceled before production, a refund of your advance payment (minus any non-refundable deposit) will be issued.
Timeline for Returns / Refunds
Any defect or inconsistency must be reported within *48 hours* of delivery (or as per evidence guidelines).
* Once reported, we will inspect the product.
* If approved, refunds will be processed to the *original payment method* within *7-14 business days* (depending on banking/E-wallet policies).
Return Shipping / Costs
If refund is due to our error (defect or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
* If return is due to change of mind (if accepted), the customer may bear the return shipping cost + any handling/restocking fee.
Deposit & Payment Considerations
For custom or made-to-order items, we require an advance payment/deposit, which may be partially or fully non-refundable once production begins.
* The amount and terms of the deposit will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Refunds will be made via the same method used for purchase (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). If that’s not possible, an alternative agreed method may be used.
